Lithium Batteries and Nickel-Hydrogen Batteries

Battery Grade Lithium HydroxideMicronized Lithium CarbonateLithium Dihydrogen PhosphateLithium IodideLithium TetrafluoroborateLithium TetrachloroaluminateLithium OxalateLithium Hexafluorophosphate

The hottest and most widely used application direction.
Used in lithium battery cathode materials and electrolytes, applied in nickel-hydrogen battery electrolytes.

Lithium-based lubricating oil and lithium-based grease

Monohydrate Lithium HydroxideLithium Acetate、
Lithium LaurateLithium Benzoate、
Lithium Propionate, Octanoic Lithium,
Lithium Salicylate

Compared with potassium, sodium, and calcium-based greases, lithium-based greases have characteristics such as oxidation resistance, pressure resistance, good lubrication performance, especially a wide working temperature range, and good water resistance. The viscosity of the grease changes little from -60℃ to 300℃, and it maintains good stability even in the presence of a small amount of water.
Used in civil aviation aircraft, trains, automobiles, metallurgical equipment, machinery, and petrochemical equipment, as well as radio detection devices, precision instruments, etc., especially applied in extreme cold and hot weather conditions.

Air Conditioning Applications:
Refrigerants, corrosion inhibitors, desiccants

Lithium Bromide
Lithium Chromate and Lithium Chromate Solution
Lithium Molybdate and Lithium Molybdate Solution
Anhydrous Lithium Chloride

Absorption air conditioning utilizes the property of lithium bromide to strongly absorb water vapor at normal temperatures and release moisture at high temperatures, allowing water evaporation to absorb heat for cooling.
Currently, absorption air conditioners are widely used in industrial enterprises such as artificial fibers, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and high-temperature operations, as well as in residential, public facilities, super high-rise buildings, and submarines.
Lithium Chromate and Lithium Chromate Solution, Lithium Molybdate and Lithium Molybdate Solution are used as corrosion inhibitors in large air conditioning systems.
Anhydrous Lithium Chloride is used as an efficient desiccant.

Oil Drilling Industry:
Completion Fluids and Drilling Fluids

Cesium Formate

Cesium formate has high solubility in water, high solution density, much lower solution viscosity compared to other solutions of the same density, and low solid content, making it safer and less toxic for transportation.

Lithium-containing Glass, Lithium-containing Ceramics, and Cement

Lithium Phosphate
Construction Grade Lithium Carbonate

Lithium compounds such as lithium phosphate serve as additives in glass raw materials, giving products special properties; lithium compounds added to glass formulations act as fluxes, reducing the maturation and melting temperatures of glass as well as the viscosity of the melt.
Adding lithium compounds to ceramic materials can lower the sintering temperature, shorten the sintering time, improve the flowability and adhesion of ceramics, increase their strength and refractive index, enhance their heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and wear resistance, allowing them to withstand multiple thermal shocks and giving them a bright white surface.
Lithium compounds are used in the production of ductile ceramics, heat-resistant ceramics, corundum ceramics, electrical ceramics resistant to high pressure, and heat-resistant ceramics.
Construction grade lithium carbonate is used in self-leveling cement, significantly improving the construction effect of this type of cement.

Dyes and Pigments

Lithium SulfateFlake Lithium Hydroxide

Lithium Phosphate and Lithium Hydroxide are used as additives in dyes and can also enhance the gloss of some special pigments.

Fireworks

/

As an ingredient in fireworks, it can make the flames brighter and the colors more vivid.

Fluorescent Powder Additives

Fluorescent Grade Lithium Phosphate, Fluorescent Grade Lithium Carbonate

Used as a flux in the production of cathode ray tubes. With the development and popularization of LCD screens, applications in this field have significantly declined.

Nonferrous Metal Smelting

Lithium FluorideLithium Carbonate

Adding lithium salts such as lithium fluoride during metal smelting can reduce the volatility, viscosity, and melting temperature of the electrolyte and improve the conductivity of the electrolyte, thus significantly saving energy and reducing raw material consumption.
