Properties: White fine monoclinic crystals, pungent taste, strong alkalinity, easily absorbs carbon dioxide and moisture in the air, soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, specific gravity 2.41, melting point 471℃.

Appearance Requirements: White crystalline granular, no discoloration, no agglomeration, no impurities.
