Properties: White fine monoclinic crystals, with a pungent taste, strongly alkaline, easily absorbs carbon dioxide and moisture in the air, soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, specific gravity 2.41, melting point 471℃. |

Applications:Additive for aluminum electrolysis, can reduce power consumption and increase aluminum yield. Widely used in the glass and ceramics industries to improve product performance. It is also an important additive for lithium-based greases, alkaline batteries, corrosion-resistant zinc-based pigments, and can be used as a carbon dioxide absorbent. |
